About Utah Tech Concierge

Technology should make life easier—not more frustrating. That’s why I founded Utah Tech Concierge: to provide reliable, patient, and personalized technology assistance for homeowners and families throughout Utah, with a special focus on serving adults aged 55 and older.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked as an IT and cybersecurity professional, designing, securing, and supporting technology environments used by organizations around the world. My background includes cloud infrastructure, networking, information security, and technical problem solving, giving me the experience to quickly identify issues and explain solutions in a way that’s easy to understand.

While my professional career has focused on enterprise technology, I discovered that many people simply need someone they can trust to help with everyday technology in their home. Whether it’s connecting a printer, setting up Wi-Fi, configuring a new phone or tablet, installing a smart TV, or helping with email and online accounts, I believe technology support should be patient, respectful, and free of confusing technical jargon.

Utah Tech Concierge specializes in in-home technology support, including Wi-Fi troubleshooting, printer setup, smart home device installation, streaming services, new device setup, account assistance, video calling, and personalized technology education. Rather than rushing through appointments, I take the time to ensure every client understands their technology and feels comfortable using it after the visit is complete.

Security is also at the heart of every service I provide. My cybersecurity background allows me to help clients recognize common online scams, improve password security, enable multi-factor authentication, and safely use the internet without fear or confusion.
